Specially trained volunteers provided CPR training for the Tela firefighters and how to use the (donated) Automatic External Defibrillators. This was the first time that the lifesaving AEDs were available for use by pre hospital personnel in Tela. Time was also spent training on basic first aid techniques. The team did training on the proper us of the Self Contained Breathing Devices that were donated, building search and rescue techniques and automobile wreck extrication techniques.
