VERMONT-HANDS TO HONDURAS-TELA VOLUNTEER MEETING

Sunday, January 6, Shelburne Town Center, 3:00 – 5:00pm

• Question and answer time for the upcoming January-February ’08 trip
o Now is the time to ask any lingering questions
• Project update and project leader information
• Daily schedule – what to expect
• Extra suitcase? If you have an that you would like to give away, bring it to the meeting – another volunteer may need it
• Transportation fee - A few of you have still not paid the $50/person fee – please bring a check on Sunday. Application form and copy of passport, please bring if you have not yet sent this to me.
• New 2008 H2H T-shirts - available to purchase! The cost will be approximately $12. Please purchase one (or two) on Sunday.
• Container news update
• Hotel room final list
• Socialize with the volunteer team with desserts and beverages
